01 What we collect

We collect information you choose to give us, public business information used for requested diagnostics, and a small amount of standard technical data. Specifically:

• Information you submit — when you fill in our review order, service application, resource, or contact forms, we collect things like your name, business name, email, phone number, website, and whatever details you share about your business.
• Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited, referring site, browser type, and approximate location (from your IP). This helps us understand what's working on the site.
• Communications — if you email or message us, we keep that correspondence so we can help you properly.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we don't collect sensitive categories of data (health, biometric, etc.).

02 How we use it

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry, application, or audit order
• Deliver the services you've asked for and send related updates
• Send the free resources or emails you opted into (you can unsubscribe any time)
• Improve our website, offers, and the way we communicate
• Meet our legal and accounting obligations

We will never send you unrelated spam, and we won't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask to join.

Ad-Ready or Not Scan: a business name and city or ZIP start public-business research. Where configured, we send that query to Google Places or OpenAI web search, inspect public website pages, and send the public website URL to Google's performance services. No email or phone number is required to see findings. Email delivery, when available, happens only at your request and does not enroll you in marketing.

Completed scans can create an immutable saved website edition in our report database, with screenshot artifacts in private storage. Saved editions normally remain available for 90 days; each report shows its expiry. Anyone who receives the unguessable report link can read it. Reports are marked noindex and opening one does not rerun research. Expired records and artifacts are subject to maintenance cleanup. Short-lived caches hold non-Google website evidence and normalized performance results. Google Places profiles and the original Google-derived composite score are not archived. The saved website foundation score is separately labeled and can differ from the live score. Selection tokens expire after 20 minutes; optional email-delivery tokens expire after 30 minutes. Financial Autopsy inputs stay out of shared reports and email. Existing analytics may record category, score band and action events, not full scraped reports. 03 Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it. These may include:

• Email & CRM tools — to manage communication and deliver resources
• Payment processors — to handle service and review payments securely (we never see or store full card numbers)
• Analytics providers — to understand site usage in aggregate
• Scheduling tools — if you book a call with us

Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy and security obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.

04 Cookies & tracking

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — the site will still work, though some things may be less convenient.

We honor "Do Not Track" signals where technically possible and don't run intrusive third-party ad trackers.

05 How we protect it

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable providers — to keep your information safe. No system is ever 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and limit who can access it.

06 Your rights

You're in control of your information. At any time you can ask us to:

• Access a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct anything that's inaccurate
• Delete your information (where we're not legally required to keep it)
• Unsubscribe from any emails — every message has a one-click opt-out

Just email us and we'll take care of it, usually within a few business days.

07 How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it — to deliver our services, stay in touch if you're an active prospect or client, and meet legal or accounting requirements. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
